Your Delivery Options
Pick up
young & curious 'Pick up' service allows you to have your items ready for pick from our warehouse in Swieqi. To use this service, add the items that you wish to order to your online shopping basket, proceed to checkout, and simply choose this option when checking out.
Our store staff will call you when your order is ready for collection and upon collection, a signature is required.

To collect your order, kindly present your original order confirmation email. Please note that should you wish a pick up in Gozo, kindly contact us on email info@youngandcurious.eu or our social media spaces and we will gladly make it available in Gozo.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within 4-5 working days. You will be notified prior to delivery to expect your parcel. During exceptionally busy times, however, there may be a slight delay in delivery.

Additional, please do get in touch should you need to put a rush on your order, and we will do our best to accommodate such need.
Returns
We offer a 15 day returns policy, from when you receive your item. Kindly inform us of any issues that you might have with your purchases via email info@youngandcurious.eu. We will refund any item(s) purchased from us provided that the item(s) are returned as new, i.e. unworn and returned with their original packaging, including the original tags. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, unfortunately we might have to refuse the return.

Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund. We will refund the price you paid for your item(s), including sale items, back to your original payment method.
